At Save the Chairs!®,
we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet,
if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Save the Chairs will accept merchandise returns within 90
days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time
of return only with a valid receipt and original packaging.
A valid receipt is an original invoice that is shipped with
your order. Returns of merchandise purchased through our
website will be accepted by mail. Pending inspection, a
credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any
taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state
laws. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the
packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package and
mail it to the address on the packing slip. Your return
must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit
or refund your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip,
